Rub Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil 
  • 1 tbsp of balsamic 
  • 1 tbsp of honey 
  • even sprinkle of cumin
  • Sprinkle of sea salt

Directions:

  • Rub on steak and let sit while BBQ is heating up.

Salad Ingredients:

  • 6 cups of Spring Mix salad 
  • 2 grilled steaks sliced 
  • Goat cheese (amount is your choice, also optional)
  • 2 Pears sliced
  • Sliced almonds for topping 
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of honey 
  • 1/2 tbsp of dijon mustard 
  • 2 tbsp balsamic 

Directions:

  • Grill Steaks to desired tenderness
  • In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, honey, dijon mustard, and balsamic.
  • Slice your pear thin
  • In a large bowl add spring mix, pears, and your balsamic dressing you just made.
  • Mix to coat the salad and pear
  • Dish salad onto plates and top with your thinly sliced steak, your goat cheese and your sliced almonds.
