  • 3-4 Medium size chicken breasts cubed
  • 1 Small yellow onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 28oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 3-4 Tbsp of coconut flour 
  • 2 Tbsp of Coconut oil 
  • 2 Tbsp of Garam masala
  • 1 Tsp of Cayenne Pepepr
  • 1 Tsp of Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon 
  • 1 Can of Light Coconut Milk 
  • 1 Tbsp of Honey 


  • Cube Chicken Breast into small pieces
  • Mix All ingredients in a slow cooker except the coconut milk, and coconut flour, cook on high for 4 hours 
  • After the 4 hours add your coconut milk and let cook for another hour, then mix in coconut flour and cook on low for another hour.
  • Serve with Basmati Rice or Naan Bread, or just enjoy by its self. Add cilantro for garnish or Bolthouse Farms Cilantro Avocado yogurt dressing!!! ( you can find this at coop)
