Ingredients:

  • 1 package of vermicelli brown rice noodles
  • 1 package or cooked shrimp 
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 cups of peas 
  • 4 garlic cloves 
  • Tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 cups of organic broth ( your choice) 
  • 3 tbsp of light soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp of natural honey 
  • Chilli Flakes ( amount is to your taste) * we used a bit more then a Tbsp 

Directions:

  • Prepare your noodles according to package
  • Thaw your shrimp if frozen
  • Slice up your carrots thinly and dice your garlic 
  • In a large skillet place oil garlic carrots and peas over medium high heat and cook for 2-3 min
  • Next add your noodles, broth, soy sauce, honey and chilli flakes stir really well and turn heat down to medium low.
  • Add your shrimp and cook all together until whole dish is warm (basically until the broth is gone) 

Plate and enjoy!
