Ingredients:

  • 4 Cups of non fat greek yogurt 
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber shredded
  • 4 Garlic cloves diced 
  • 1 Tbsp of Dill 
  • 2 Tsp of Lemon zest 
  • 2 Tbsp of lemon juice 
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp of fresh Mint finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, spend a good time mixing all the ingredients together so you bring out all the different flavours. 

Serve with some home made pita chips and enjoy!
