Enjoy a tasty DYNAMIS BEAST (bacon, egg, avocado, spinach, tomato) bites for breakfast or for an easy snack, absolutely delicious, easy to make, and will help maximize your #gains!

Ingredients:
  • 2 pc of Turkey bacon 
  • 2 egg whites 
  • 1 slice of purple onion ( so you have rings) 
  • 2 slice of tomato
  • 2 thin slice of low fat cheese 
  • 6-7 pieces of spinach 
  • 1/2 an avocado 
  • Sprinkle of salt and pepper 
  • Toothpicks

Directions: 

  • Pre heat oven to 350
  • Cook Turkey bacon 
  • Poach egg whites 
  • Fry onion rings 

Cut egg whites into equal bite size pieces (about 6-7) then cut all veg, bacon, and cheese into 6-7 equal bite size bits. Then stick the toothpick into the egg, cheese, bacon, avocado, and onion. Then place on a non stick pan and bake untik cheese is melted. Top with tomato and spinach, and sprinkle on salt and pepper and there you are!!
