Ingredients (Pizza Dough):

  • 4 cup of your favourite Gluten Free flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of warm water
  • 2 1/4 tsp of traditional yeast 
  • 1 tsp of baking stevia 
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil 
  • 1 tsp of salt 
  • 2 tsp of garlic powder 
  • 4 tsp of basil

Directions (Pizza Dough):

  • Pre heat oven to 350
  • First in 1/4 cup of your warm water mix in the yeast and stevia, let sit for about 10 min ( your yeast will start to rise to the top) 
  • Once yeast is ready in your mixing bowl add in flour and yeast and start to mix, slowly while mixing add in rest of water, oil, garlic, basil and salt. 
  • Mix for a good couple of minutes, your dough should be sticking together in a big ball 
  • Once mixed keep dough in the bowl and cover in plastic wrap and set on top of oven to rise (the heat from the oven helps the rising) should take around 20 min

**Now in the mean time make your chicken, Guac, and Salsa:

Chicken:

  • Cut up  2 chicken breasts  into thin slices and cook in a frying pan in a bit of oil and franks red hot! once done set aside 

Guacamole and Salsa:

 **Now that this is all made you can now push out your dough.

  • On a grease baking pan or pizza pan pat out your down into a thin crust ( there should be enough dough for two pizzas) 
  • Once pressed out place in oven for 4 min to give it a light cook

Ingredients (Full Pizza):

  • Cooked franks chicken
  • Guacamole 
  • Salsa
  • 1 1/2 Cups of light shredded cheese
  • 1 leaf of shredded romain lettus ( or green of choice) 
  • Drizzle of Bolthouse Farms Cilantro Avocado yogurt dressing (found in the fridge in the veggies at most stores) 

Directions (Full Pizza):

  • Spread a layer of guac on the pizza ( with the guac and salsa amount is really your choice) 
  • Then top with your cheese and then chicken
  • Place on the middle rack in your oven and cook for about 30 -40 min ( depends on your oven for cooking time, just keep an eye on it) 
  • Once finished top with your salsa and shredded greens, as well as a drizzle of the cilantro avocado sauce
