Ingredients (Fresh Salsa):

  • 1/3 white onion
  • 2 jalapeno’s (seeds removed)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 Fresh squeezed lime
  • 4 tomatoes 
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of pepper
  • 1 tsp of chia or flax for a little something extra

Hand diced directions:

  • Dice all ingredients very fine and mix in a bowl. Place ingredients in a Sieve to drain off excess water (as there will be too much). Either over the sink or a bowl. Enjoy!

Food Processor Directions;

  • Add all the ingredients except the Tomatoes in a food processor. These ingredients can be processed very fine but tomatoes puree too quickly. Once you’ve processed the first ingredients, cut the tomatoes into quarters and add to processor. Process till desired.
  • Place ingredients in a Sieve to drain off excess water (as there will be too much). Either over the sink or a bowl. Enjoy!

Ingredients (Fresh Guacamole):

  • 1/3 white onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 Fresh squeezed lime
  • 1 tomatoe
  • 2-3 Avocados 
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of Cayenne pepper or 1/2 tsp of Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle for a nice smokey flavour! 

Hand diced directions:

  • Dice all ingredients except Avocados very fine and mix in a bowl. Add ripe Avocados with skin removed in the bowl and mix with a spoon. Enjoy!

Food Processor Directions;

  • Add all the ingredients except the Avocados in a food processor. Once you’ve processed the first ingredients, add ripe Avocados (skin removed) and process till creamy smooth. Enjoy!
